21 Day Fix Results - Darrell EvansWhat you’ll see in this post are my official 21 day fix results. I must say that I was blown away at my results from doing the simple 30 minute workouts and following the drop dead simple meal plan.

Surveys show time after time that the number one reason people say they don’t workout is they don’t have time.  Can you relate?

The time objection (or excuse…lol) shows up in terms of how long effective workouts typically take and how many weeks or months you have to do them to see real results.

I’m just like you.

Just because I am a Beachbody Coach and love helping people live healthy and fulfilling lives doesn’t mean I enjoy long grueling workouts and strict nutrition plans (some people call them diets).

That’s why when I heard that we had a new program called the 21 Day Fix by our newest trainer Autumn Calabrese, I was intrigued.



The next thing that caught my eye was the tagline:

Fast Results

I’m not sure about you…but  love both ‘simple’ and ‘fast.’ You’ve got my attention Autumn.

So I along with my girlfriend decided to go for it.

So you can see my results were pretty cool.
